What do I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a referral letter if you have one plus any scans/test results, correspondence from other specialties and details of previous treatment.
Where does Miss Sirha see private patients?
Private consultations are currently all taking place at CEDA private GP clinic West Byfleet Wednesdays 0930-1500hrs and they are currently self-funding, however more locations and insurer associations will be updated in due course.
